Print quality errors, damaged, missing or incorrect images will be replaced at no additional cost to the customer. Our 100% satisfaction guarantee does not cover digital images as those cannot be returned. Refunds will not be provided for digital images.

Shipping Notes

Your photos will be printed within 7-10 business days plus shipping time. Please allow 10-14 business days for production of magnets and puzzles. Different sized prints are often shipped in multiple separate packages. Products are also shipped separately from all prints. Standard shipping times vary from 4-10 business days depending on the final destination. Therefore, please expect 2-3 weeks for prints and longer for products.
